“Initially, I was a bit sceptical and thought it would be a bit wishy washy... BUT it was really more akin to psychological practices of rewiring the brain to reframe one’s ideas and conceptions about birth. Would 100% recommend this course to anyone, especially those who have any apprehension about birth, had a traumatic experience or have heard copious amounts of 'horror' stories.
