- 2 x prenatal individualised cultivating safety within the mind, body and nervous system support sessions
- Unlimited labour and birth support, on-call from 37- 42 weeks
- Unlimited phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy.

Extra-prenatal home visits ($175.00)
Extra pregnancy appointments are a chance for us to go deeper into certain areas you feel you want to address or unravel on your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.
This might include: birth plan preparation, postpartum planning and recovery, nervous system support and fear tracking, breastfeeding education, sibling preparation for labour, birth and newborn. Melissa can also take you through pelvic realignment and mobilisation exercises and protocols or you might want to sit down with Melissa and go through any emotional blocks that are arising or deeper work with your partner in preparation for birth and parenthood.
Extra-postnatal home visits ($175.00)
In home postnatal support looks different for everyone. I provide individualised postpartum care according to your needs and sometimes this will change on the day. I go with the flow but also help you to create a routine if that is what you are looking for. My main aim of providing you with pre and postnatal support is to build your confidence and encourage you to trust your instincts, and “let go” of the narrative. My postpartum support can look like chatting through your birth experience and debriefing your journey, providing breastfeeding support, helping you with your healing process, settling and sleep, caring for siblings or attending postpartum appointments with you.
