Spend a weekend or 4x3hr sessions from the comfort of your own home with Melissa understanding labour and birth and learning all the tools and techniques that will help you navigate labour and birth feeling empowered. The benefits of a private course is being able to go deeper into certain areas of interest and have a closer look at creating your birth plan with Melissa.

You will receive over $200 worth of Hypnobirthing Australia resources including a comprehensive folio, course handouts, practice materials and visualisations. You will also have access to a number of downloadable resources, Mp3s and birth videos which you will also be able to access from your phone via Hypnobirthing Australia’s phone App.

The group course usually runs as a workshop weekend or over two consecutive Saturdays. Melissa also runs 4 Wednesday evening classes.
